YouTube Chapters, Cards and Clips Help Your Content Get Discovered

YouTube has added enhancements to our video chapters. They now appear below video descriptions on desktop and mobile. Clips create snippets of your video and is another feature to increase visibility of your videos and get your content discovered by new audiences.

YouTube added new features to Chapters and Youtube Cards. And now all users have access to the Clips feature that allows fans to create short snippets of our videos that can be shared across social media.

Adding time stamps to your YouTube videos will help with this new expansion of the visibility for YouTube chapters. When you add a YouTube card, the link will also appear under the transcripts on mobile.

PLEASE NOTE: YouTube also rolled out Clips to all channels. However if you want to turn off clips on all of your videos, check out the instructions here:
